We Are the World
David Breskin, Perigree Books, 1985
This book talks about the recording of the song of the same name from
how it started to stories in the studio. You have to read this book to
read Huey talking golf to Willie Nelson and Bob Dylan.

Oversised paperback, 36 pages
Lots of photos and quotes. Basically a bio and history of the band up
to 1985.
Huey Lewis and the News
Robert Draper, Ballantine Books 1986
142 pgs including 16 pgs of pictures
American Psycho
Bret Easton Ellis, Vinatge Books 1991
It has one chapter on Huey Lewis and the News. It reads like an album
review
Bill Graham Presents
Bill Graham and Robert Greenfield, Doubleday Books, 1992
Bill Graham was a concert promoter extraordinaire. This book has a mention
of Huey Lewis and the News. Unfortunately, the mention happens to be that
the night Bill died, HLN was on-stage in Concord performing. It was a
very sobering passage describing his final day and how Mario tried to
make sure that the helicopter accident wasn't Bill's.
Thanks to Peter Pelletier for submitting the above.
